Kristie Prinz is Counsel for Stevens Law Group. Kristie is a SaaS, software, technology, digital health, life sciences, and IP business transactions lawyer, who has been roviding technical IP and business advice to early stage start-ups and mid-market companies for more than 26 years.

Kristie’s clients are primarily in the software-as-a-service (“SaaS”), technology, and digital heath and health and medical  technology industries, although her practice includes the hardware industry, the life sciences industry, the IT industry, the publishing industry, and other technology industry sectors.  Kristie generally advises her clients on business transactions with customers, licensees/licensors, resellers, suppliers & distributors, business partners, and buyers/sellers. Kristie also has an IP practice, where she manages trademark portfolios, advises on copyright matters, negotiates intellectual property licenses, and enforces intellectual property rights on behalf of clients, and a privacy law practice, where she advises clients on privacy compliance issues.
