Grace has represented and counseled clients of all sizes and in a diverse range of industries including multi-national corporations, mid-sized companies and start-ups.  However, she works most extensively with emerging technology companies to identify, protect, manage, enforce and defend their intellectual property assets as well as efficiently resolve disputes concerning all aspects of their intellectual property.

Grace is particularly active in trademark and branding matters, utilizing her extensive in-house experience at Home Box Office to grow, police, defend and enforce her client’s trademark portfolios including representing clients in opposition and cancellations proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
